REACH approval
- Developed a strategy for obtaining REACH authorization.
- Engaged with production sites to clarify the uses of the substances.
- Prepared a comprehensive dossier featuring thorough risk assessments, risk reduction measures, and an analysis of alternative materials.
- Provided support during negotiations with regulatory authorities.
- Assisted throughout the entire approval process.
Management of unregulated substances
- Developed an implementation guide for deriving concentration and solids limit values.
- Defined physicochemical, human, and ecotoxicological properties of the substances to establish limit values in accordance with AltlV, VVEA, or VBBo.
- Prepared documentation compliant with regulatory authority requirements.
Safety Data Sheets and Product Compliance
- Created safety data sheets using classification software.
- Submitted product notifications to the EU Poison Notification Center and the Swiss Chemical Register (RPC).
- Monitored critical substances in accordance with REACH Regulation, including those subject to authorization under Annex XIV, restrictions listed in Annex XVII, and substances of very high concern on the candidate list.
- Tracked sales volumes to ensure compliance with substance notification obligations under REACH.
- Notified substances in the ECHA E&K directory.
